The term ‘The Little Sparrow’ ‘TheLittleSparrowShop.com.au’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ or ‘our’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 3/5 Ross St, Glenbrook NSW 2773. Our ABN is 65 135 190 224. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions. All trademarks reproduced in this website, which are not the property of, or licensed to the operator, are acknowledged on the website. Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of Australia.
By ordering or registering on TheLittleSparrowShop.com.au you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database and email transactional order, shipping and product review emails. From time to time we may contact you about offers and new products. You can easily be removed by either unsubscribing via the link at the footer of any marketing communications or contacting our Customer Service team. We do not share, sell or exchange any customer contact information with other companies excluding shipping carriers who use this information to deliver orders.
1.3 Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. TheLittleSparrowShop.com.au reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
1.4 Fraud Prevention
All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order and orders will be held from shipment until security checks have been completed.
We will make reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided to complete the necessary security checks. Failure to comply with such requests from The Little Sparrow will result in the order being cancelled and the funds being refunded back to the card used.
TheLittleSparrowShop.com.au is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by TheLittleSparrowShop.com.au
Prices are subject to change without notice. All pricing unless otherwise stated is set to Recommended Retail which in most cases is set by the Australian Importers of the Products. Pricing changes at The Little Sparrow are at the direction of the Australian supplier due to currency fluctuations.
All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars.
1.7 Order Cancellations
TheLittleSparrowShop.com.au reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
The Little Sparrow does offer customer lay-bys. We require 20% payment of the total order value upfront to secure your layby which will hold the stock to your order. Orders over $1,000 AUD can require 50% payment of the total order value upfront to secure your layby. This will be determined by the total value of the order.
Special orders requiring stock to be ordered in will require a 50% deposit with the remainder to be paid upon pickup.
The Little Sparrow allows a maximum duration of 30 days for the layby to be completed. If your layby payment has not been completed at this point we will contact you to finalise payments and complete the layby arrangements.
If contact from The Little Sparrow cannot be established with a customer after 30 days from the initial payment, the lay-by which is not finalised will be cancelled and a restocking fee of 10% of the total order value will apply. The remaining credit (if any) will be refunded back to you.

1.9 Gift Vouchers
The Little Sparrow gift cards entitle users to Australian Dollars which can be redeemed instore at 3/5 Ross St, Glenbrook NSW 2773. Gift cards have a 3 year expiration date, after 3 years from the date of purchase the gift voucher will be invalid.
Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash. Should the customer return items bought with the use of the gift card The Little Sparrow will, at The Little Sparrow's discretion - issue a credit note to the customer.
