Shipping & Returns
We use Australia Post E-parcel for most of our shipping or Startrack Express on occasion for bulky items.
In the unfortunate event that your items are damaged in transit through Australia Post or Startrack Express, we cannot accept responsibility.
$8.95AUD for orders within Australia under the value of $100AUD
$11.95AUD with Express Post
FREE for orders within Australia and valued at $100AUD or above, excluding furniture products
Shipping 'days' are calculated as work days - i.e Monday-Friday, weekends and NSW public holidays not included.
If you order after 2pm, orders will be processed the following business day. Items that are in stock are subject to SAME DAY dispatch.
Once shipped please allow 1-5 days postage to recive your order. Please note this is an estimate and may take longer.
Occasionally, an item may be listed as 'in stock' in error. If items are out of stock we will contact you and you will have the option of cancelling your order if you choose to do so.
We hope you loved your purchase but if you are dissatisifed in any way, you are welcome to return it to us within 10 days of receiving your order!
All returns must be accompanied by a returns form. Please see link below.
Items that have been purchased at full price are eligible for a store credit and clothing is available for exchange if in acceptable condition.
Please note we do not offer refunds and do not cover the postage costs for returns.
Due to hygeine reasons we do not accept returns for jewellery.
